Designated AGH40, the fully-imported (CBU - Japan) fourth-generation MPV (Multi-Purpose Vehicle) comes in one variant (Vellfire 2.5).
Priced from MYR 438,000 (on-the-road, w/o insurance), included is a five-year unlimited mileage manufacturer’s warranty.

Weighing in at 2,105 KG, the new Vellfire stands at 5,005 MM long, 1,850 MM wide, 1,950 MM tall, and with a wheelbase spanning 3,000 MM.
Sportily luxurious, its large exterior exudes Toyota’s 'Forceful x IMPACT LUXURY' design language.
Symmetrical with straight edges, the front-end features a massive chromed-out grille with thick horizontal slats.
Heightening the layout are chrome trimmings (front lip, rear lip, side windows, tail lamps, spoiler), and the Toyota emblem.
Clean and smooth, its rear-end with cascading edges emphasises the whole luxury appeal, as well as its stocky scale.
Featured is a roof-edge spoiler, paired to a gloss black body panel adorned with the ‘Vellfire script, stretching across the tailgate.
Amplifying the layout are chrome trimmings (front lip, rear lip, side windows, tail lamps, spoiler), and the Toyota emblem.
Rectangularly-slim, the head lamps are aligned and linked with the grille’s upper slat, creating a one-piece look. Paired is a set of LED fog lamps.

Suspension-wise, installed setups are Macpherson Strut with stabiliser (front) and double wishbone with stabiliser (rear).
Improving drivability and stability levels, structural adhesives are used, limiting body deformation.
Overall, the ride quality is firm, and the interior is luxuriously spacious and extremely comfortable.
Good sound insulation, covering all the NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) aspects. The cabin experience is very refined and peaceful, alienated from most of the road noises.
Incorporated is the application of rubber bushings at attachment points of the cushion frames, and memory foam in the seats (backrest, armrests). These elements provide for about 30% reduction in vibration.
The new Toyota Vellfire is a luxuriously sporty build overall. First, it offers great space in the cabin thanks to its very massive and stocky build.
Second, its solid shell envelopes a premium interior, which range from a myriad of advanced connectivity, safety systems and creature comfort features.
Ultimately, its quality is luxurious, bargaining good looks and mechanics. The 2024 Toyota Vellfire is surely an MPV for Malaysians to consider.
